6 common faults and treatment methods of concrete mixing plant
In the process of using concrete mixing station, because of ageing, worn and impact on the environment, concrete mixing plant usually has 6 types of error. Last time, we talked about the first three concrete mixing plant faults. Please see below.
4, stirring shaft "stuffy car"
The fault is manifested in the difficulty of rotating the mixing shaft and even stopping when the main machine stir mortar.
The reasons may be: serious overloading, hoop material shaft; human errors caused much feeding; inaccurate weighing; large gap between mixing blade or side blades and the inner wall of the cylinder, which gets something into stagnation; low voltage; setting wrong mixing parameter.
Treatment of concrete mixing plant fault: if it is overloaded, causing the material hoop axis, you should adjust the mixing capacity and timely clean solidified mortar; if it belong to mis-operation, you should remove excess material and operate according to the process; if it is inaccurate weighing, you should deal with the weighing timely; if there are large gap between mixing blade or side blades and the inner wall of the cylinder, you should adjust blade and the lining board, which is less than 5 mm, and remove foreign bodies; if the voltage is too low, you should check the line voltage; if the parameter setting error, you should carefully check the corresponding ingredients data and timely correction.
5, the main discharge door can not be opened
The malfunction is that when the mixing station works automatically, the main discharging door cannot be opened and the discharging indicator lamp is not turned on when the mixer is finished.
The reasons may be: There are other matters between the discharge gate and sealing plates; insufficient gas system pressure, cylinder leakage or oil mist damage; off the connection between the electromagnetic valve and relay, relay not connection or damage; solenoid valve coil burning or spool; if time relay damage ,PLC has no normal input signal.
Treatment of concrete mixing plant is: if there are other matters or product material between the discharge gate and the sealing plate, you should clean up them and buildup and flush the discharge door; if it is insufficient gas system pressure, cylinder leakage or oil mist damage, you should check the oil mist, joints, and other parts of the cylinder; if it is the off connection between the electromagnetic valve and relay, relay not connection or damage, you should check the relay contact output and wiring, and replace it necessarily; if the solenoid valve coil burn or spool, you should replace the solenoid valve; if the time relay is damaged, should you replaced it.
6, belt deviation
The fault has 3 conditions: The first is the conveyor belt in the no-load and loading condition to the same side of the center line of the conveying belt deviation, lateral deviation, conveyor belt deviation less material on one side of it; second, there s no exact deviation direction; the third is the conveyor belt deviation in the middle delivery.
Possible reason: uneven base, Pinto roller sticky material, groove roller about unbalance and the main, passive roll adjustment will cause the imbalance of belt deviation. If the conveyor belt in no-load and loading conditions to the same side deviation, that because both sides of the conveyor belt tightness is not same or rack rough. If the conveyor belt deviation without a fixed direction, because the conveyor belt is slack. If the conveyor belt deviation is in the central conveyor, roller can be corrected by adjusting the position of the group.
Treatment of concrete mixing plant is: The first condition, you should first adjust tensioning mechanism of wire rod or counterweightbe and the basic leveling and remove sticky material on the Pinto roller. The second condition, you should adjust the tensioning mechanism. The third condition, roller can be corrected by adjusting the position of the group.
